Trenitalia Vendor Rating Notices

Qualified Suppliers are hereby informed that, starting from 30/06/26, the VENDOR RATING MODEL will enter into force for the following Product Category within the FS Group Qualification System: “SQ01 – Cleaning Services for Rolling Stock and Industrial Facilities”. This section contains the General Regulation of the Vendor Rating Model (Regolamento generale del Modello di Vendor Rating) and the related Technical Specification – Vendor Rating Calculation Model_SQ01 Cleaning Services for Rolling Stock and Industrial Facilities (Scheda Tecnica Modello di Calcolo Vendor Rating_CM). Suppliers are therefore invited to review these documents carefully. Please note that, for a period of 180 calendar days starting from the above-mentioned date, the model will not produce any effects, whether in terms of rewards or penalties/improvement plans, as described in the Regulation. Only after this period will the activation of such effects on the qualification status of the Suppliers within the specific Product Category be formally communicated.

Starting from the above-mentioned date, the interested Suppliers may request information and clarifications regarding their Vendor Rating assessment from the competent Trenitalia structure.
