For the procurement of goods, services, and execution of works, FS Group has chosen to implement its own e-procurement system for managing electronic tenders and registering for qualification systems, in compliance with current public procurement regulations.
The use of eProcurement systems is acknowledged by current public procurement regulations as they ensure adherence to principles of transparency, timeliness, fairness, and open competition in the selection of contractors. These systems also enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes.
The Procurement Portal is based on a platform that guarantees the highest technological standards, ensuring data and transaction security and confidentiality
During 2024, the companies within the FS Group will gradually adopt the Group's Supplier Station. Throughout this transition period, those companies that have not yet migrated to the Group's Homepage will continue to operate their own individual Procurement Portals.
