For the procurement of goods, services, and execution of works, FS Group has chosen to implement its own e-procurement system for managing electronic tenders and registering for qualification systems, in compliance with current public procurement regulations.
The use of eProcurement systems is acknowledged by current public procurement regulations as they ensure adherence to principles of transparency, timeliness, fairness, and open competition in the selection of contractors. These systems also enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes.
The system is structured into two distinct yet integrated platforms:

• Procurement Portal, based on technology that ensures the highest standards of security, data confidentiality, and transaction traceability, dedicated to the management of tenders and supplier qualifications;
• Administrative Portal, designed to allow suppliers to view and manage administrative and accounting data, providing transparent and timely access to information related to contractual relationships, invoicing, and payments.
