For the procurement of goods, services, and execution of works, FS Group has chosen to implement its own e-procurement system for managing electronic tenders and registering for qualification systems, in compliance with current public procurement regulations.
The use of eProcurement systems is acknowledged by current public procurement regulations as they ensure adherence to principles of transparency, timeliness, fairness, and open competition in the selection of contractors. These systems also enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes.
The system is structured into two distinct yet integrated platforms:
During 2024, the companies within the FS Group will gradually adopt the Group's Supplier Station. Throughout this transition period, those companies that have not yet migrated to the Group's Homepage will continue to operate their own individual Procurement Portals. as already communicated in December 2025, we would like to remind you that the Supplier Services Portal will soon no longer be active.
In order not to lose access to the information made available by the main FS Italiane Group companies, which are your customers, we kindly invite you to complete, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 28/02 of the current year, if not already done, the registration process for the new FS Group Administrative Portal, available at eprocurement.gruppofs.it.
For the activation of your user account, please check (including your spam/junk folder) that you have received:
At your first login, you will be asked to review and accept the privacy notice, the terms and conditions of access and use of the Portal, and to complete the Registration Form in all its sections.
Once completed, you will need to wait for the profile verification by the relevant internal structures. A confirmation email will be sent once the verification process is completed.
