March 2026
Vendors are hereby informed that the Supplier Services Portal—accessible at the following link: Supplier Services Portal - will soon be discontinued.
To ensure access to the information made available by RFI (and other Group companies), we invite you to complete, if you have not already done so, the registration process for the new FS Group Administrative Portal as soon as possible.
This portal is accessible at the following link: FS Group E.Procurement. Further information regarding the registration process can be found in the "News and Notices" section.
November 2025
Starting in September 2024, Vendors intending to participate in RFI tenders can complete a questionnaire, available on a dedicated IT platform at https://esgrating.gruppofs.it/, to evaluate their sustainability performance. The applied methodology and questionnaires can be viewed in the website section https://www.rfi.it/it/fornitori-e-gare/qualificazione-operatori-economici.html > ESG Rating. The documents contain further information on accessing the IT platform. If necessary, you can contact the helpdesk by email: reportingsostenibilita@fsitaliane.it, copying (CC): ratingesg@ferservizi.it We emphasize that the FS Group is working to ensure that the ESG Rating, calculated on the new IT platform, replaces the CSR Rating, currently required for various types of tenders launched by RFI. Therefore, this campaign represents an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the evaluation tool defined by FS.
Vendors who have not yet done so are therefore invited to complete the rating assessment request by December 31, 2025. Indeed, during 2026, registration and completion of the questionnaires will be mandatory for continued participation in RFI's qualification systems.
July 2025
To ensure RFI properly fulfills its reporting obligations to the National Anti-Corruption Authority, all Vendors who have not yet done so are advised to register on the ANAC platform, following the instructions provided on the Authority's official website: User Registration and Profiling Service - ANAC | Home page - https://www.anticorruzione.it/en/-/servizio-di-registrazione-e-profilazione-utenti
The foregoing applies to both the Vendor submitting a bid and any auxiliary company and project manager indicated, as well as, in the case of joint participation, all entities of the temporary consortium and consortium, including those based outside of Italy.
April 2024
Registration on the Procurement Portal is mandatory for all Vendors participating in any way in the tender process, including principals, executing consortium members, designated designers, and auxiliary companies. Therefore, ALL of the above-mentioned entities must register on the Procurement Portal, including, for the purposes of verifying compliance with legal requirements, majority shareholders. To register, follow the "New Supplier Registration" procedure.
For instructions on completing the new electronic DGUE, please consult the "DGUE Vendor Manual" in the "RFI Procurement Portal: Instructions for Use" section on the Portal homepage.
