Publication of new Technical Data Sheets Photovoltaic - Suppliers are hereby informed that the Technical Data Sheets for the Photovoltaic Product Categories have been updated: “BEN-FOT-01 Moduli Fotovoltaici”; “BEN-FOT-02 Inverter solari”; “BEN-FOT-03 Inseguitori solari”; “BEN-FOT-04 Strutture portamoduli fotovoltaici fisse”; BEN-FOT-05 Pensiline fotovoltaiche. The new Technical Data Sheets will enter into force from the date of their publication on the Portal, pursuant to Article 2 of the General Regulations of the Qualification System (REG. 02 of 09/12/2024). For Economic Operators who, as of the effective date of the new version of the Technical Data Sheets, have already submitted a Qualification Application complete with all the declarations and documents required by the previous versions and are therefore under evaluation, the qualification process will be concluded in accordance with the latter.

Publication of new Subsystem and Product Categories - Please be informed that a new Subsystem called "BEN 7 - PERS Personnel Supplies" and five new Product Categories have been published: "BEN-MU-03 Cancelleria" "BEN-MU-04 Carta", "BEN-MU-05 Consumabili" (present in the "BEN 3 - MU Office Supplies" Subsystem), "BEN-PERS-01 Abbigliamento ad alta visibilità e DPI" and "BEN-PERS-02 Calzature per la sicurezza" (present in the new "BEN 7 - PERS Personnel Supplies" Subsystem).

Insurance Services Subsystem – Please be informed that the Economic and Financial Requirements Sheet of the "SVZ 6-ASS Insurance Services" Subsystem has been updated and the Technical Data Sheets of the two Product Categories "SVZ-ASS-01 Ramo Vita" and "SVZ-ASS-02 Ramo Danni" have also been updated. Rationalization activity on the "SVZ 1-ICT ICT Services" Subsystem: we inform our valued Suppliers that, as of July 31, 2025, a rationalization of the Product Categories of the "SVZ 1-ICT ICT Services" Subsystem was completed.

Rationalization activity on the "SVZ 1-ICT ICT Services" Subsystem: We inform our valued Suppliers that a rationalization of the Product Categories of the "SVZ 1-ICT ICT Services" Subsystem is currently underway. As a technical implementation is in progress, the Subsystem will not be available until further communication.16/06/2025
Publication of Notices on the Existence of the Qualification System – Please be informed that on 10 June 2025, three Notices regarding the existence of the Qualification System were published, each relating to the Product Categories of Supplies, Services and Works.
With regard to Works and Services, changes made to the Product Categories "LAV-03 OG9 – Realizzazione e manutenzione di impianti solari fotovoltaici" and "SVZ-ICT-20 Servizi per la gestione delle postazioni di lavoro e dei device mobili " were highlighted.April 2025
1. Publication of NEW AVERAGE INDICES – Please be advised that in the folder containing the documentation of the Qualification System, available on the Home page of the Supplier Station of the FS Group – > Suppliers Area > Vendor Qualification systems > Ferservizi > Categorie Merceologiche e Schede Tecniche.
2.It should be noted that, pursuant to point II.9 of the Economic-Financial Evaluation Procedure (Annex 5b to the General Regulation of the Qualification System), Ferservizi reserves the right, for the purpose of verifying economic-financial reliability, to use indicators different from those highlighted in paragraph II.3 of the aforementioned Procedure whenever the financial statement structure of the economic operator under evaluation pertains to insurance or banking activities or falls within those governed by Article 162-bis of the Italian Tax Code (TUIR) (financial intermediaries and holding companies).11/04/2025
